本週四即將Spark例行會議，此次主題是「Immunity」。

 

在新冠肺炎的時代，我們比以往更積極找尋找增強免疫力的方法，用來保護我自已抵抗病毒。不過，在你砸大錢買昂貴的營養品時，你知道有很多的方法是不需要藥物的嗎，只要簡單的轉換我們的作息模式，免疫力自然提高。你曾經嘗試過什麼增強免疫力的方法嗎，請在會議中與我們分享！

We have the regular meeting on Thursday, the theme is "Immunity".

 

In the COVID era, more of us are looking to strengthen our immunity than ever before and searching so many ways to protect ourselves. But before you cough up the cash for an expensive supplement regimen, you should know that there are many ways to a strong immune system really aren't found in a pill, just simply switch up your daily routine. Have you ever tried any efficient ways to strengthen your immune system, please share with us.
