[SPARK TMC] Draft Agenda on 5/9

Dear Sparks and friends,

Next Spark meeting is on 5/9. The meeting theme is choice. During our lives, we make decisions all the time. When we know more information, we can have a better choice. This meeting, we invited Joanna Lee from Tianmu Toastmasters Club to share her tips on how to be a Toastmaster of the evening or general evaluator. Next time, when you host a meeting, you may know what should do, what is optional, and what is not important. Then, you can choose how to host with your own style!
