本週四即將舉辦與陽明交通大學的聯合會議，此次主題是「Beyond Meat」。

Beyond Meat是一家製造100%全植物成分的肉類替代品的製造商，此類食物也稱做未來肉，他們有無牛肉、無豬肉以及無雞肉等商品，目標是滿足無肉食品的需求。而在台灣有素肉等無肉食品，主要用純植物性成分來製作食品。你在台灣吃過素肉或無肉食品嗎？請跟我們分享你的體驗。

所有的小幫手們以及要上台的與會人員, 請在開會前選擇一問題回答給總主持人或者是總評論員唷!

We have the joint meeting with NYMU on Thursday, the theme is "Beyond Meat".

Beyond Meat is a producer of plant-based meat substitutes, it offers plant-based options in the beef, pork, and poultry categories to develop the market of No Meat. On the other hand, you can see similar foods in Taiwan, also are produced by plants. Have you ever eaten any plant-based meat substitutes in Taiwan? How do you feel?
