[SPARK TMC] Invitation of Spark Year-end Meeting on 12/27

Dear Sparks and friends,

It is most to say goodbye to 2018. Before the end of this year, Spark has one last meeting on 12/27. We are going to celebrate year-end of 2018 and welcome 2019. Therefore, we have a gift exchange session! In order to make everyone enjoy the session, we make some rules which are including budgets and gifts hate list for your reference.

Also, we would like to review 2018. Review how good we were and how we could improve. Then, let's have a better year in 2019!
