[Spark TMC] Draft agenda of Spark meeting on 7/26

Next Spark meeting is on 7/26. The meeting theme is "urban legend." An often lurid story or anecdote that is based on hearsay and widely circulated as true. the urban legend of alligators living in the sewers — called also urban myth.

How much do you know about the city in which you live or the Toastmasters Club which you attend? 

There is a hearsay that "If you become one of Spark members, you will be promoted and marry your true love." We would like to invite everyone to share urban legend you know. Let everyone know our city or club more.
