[Spark TMC] Welcome to Spark Xmas and Year-End Party on 12/28

Next Thursday is our last meeting in 2017.

For such a special and meaningful day, we choose " Gift  " for the meeting theme, since everyone has their own unique gifts and abilities.

Besides the wonderful speeches, we will also have the "Gift exchange session" at this meeting.
