[Spark TMC] Draft agenda for Mar 26th meeting

Dear Sparks and Friends,

Hi! Have you attended our last meeting? All speakers were spectacular and  L.J.'s workshop was amazing!  

Did everyone learn a lot and have fun? I think the answer is YES. Right?

Our coming meeting is on Mar 26th. This time, we  invite 2 C2 speakers , Marcie Lu and Noele Tang

 , and we also have Helen Lien, who is a contestant of international speech contest.

I always think that C1 means you are brave for trying, and C2. it means a kind of determination and desire for learning more. Please come to Spark and encourage them. So they can learn more interesting things in TMC family.

Also, if you want to sharp your speech skills, Helen Lien's speech is a great opportunity for  learning how to practice them!
