Dear Toastmasters friends,
 
This is Rebecca from Formosa and I am in charge of registration part in the coming Spring Conference. I would like to invite you to be the helpers for registration.
On Friday, we need some helpers to pack the badges, handbook, and premiums.
On Saturday and Sunday, we need some helpers to be in the reception.

You only need to give one or two hours of your time to make the conference successful.  And you have plenty of time to enjoy the conference!

Please see the attached file to check your available time and and email me your name and contact number!

禮拜六及禮拜天：註冊櫃臺,協助會員們註冊,發送識別證等事宜....
