Yesterday we held a successfully in-house contest and learned something from contestants.
No matter the results you had, all of you were did a great job in the contest. The important is not you won the place but anything you got from the competition.

Especially for Alison, she is the new member since last year but she was not afraid of the contest and presented a successful speech to all the attendee, it was fanstastic!!
