Dear all,

Here are the GE Steven Wu's suggestions on Nov 8:
1. It's crucial to practice attentive listening.
2. In the evaluations, it is advisable NOT to repeat the content of the speech.

An observation from Tiffany:
I've noticed that, though most members use the microphone on stage, they hold the microphone too far away from the mouth. In order to help the audience hear what you say and better appreciate your messages, please remember to hold the microphone closer to your mouth.
