1. challenge yourself: For example, helpers can try to brief the rules without looking at a script. Speakers can have better time control and don't go overtime. They can also vary their vocal variety to express their emotions.

2. close the windows to keep the noise at bay

3. hold the microphone closer to your mouth: place it against your chin
