Dear G3 Club Officers, 

2012 Fall Conference will be held on 11/17 and 18 at New Taipei City Hall. For all members, this is one of the best chance to experience Toastmaster spirit and network with other Toastmasters. I encourage all clubs come up with subsidy plan for your members to boost participation. The early bird discount ends at October 31. Please take action now.

1.     開會的大禮堂可以容納1400人，分兩層樓，為了歡迎更多的會員能參加此次大會，籌備會決定減少收費，十七日晚餐將以訂購便當方式處理，請在報名時註明是否要素食。因為新北市政府是環保大樓，沒有垃圾，所有便當都是用不�鋼便當盒，由店家收回。如果有會員不想訂便當，鄰近就有兩大百貨公司：遠東百貨和環球百貨，公司內飲食街有上百家餐廳，從台灣小吃到義大利、法國美食，歡迎大家品嚐。

We are going to held Fall Conference at New Taipei City Government Building, on November 17-18, Please pay attention to the following information: The auditorium can accommodate 1400 people, this year the planning committee has made the decision that we are not going to offer the banquet, instead we are going to order the dinner box for those members who are interested. Please remember to mark veggie box in the registration form if you need

 

2.     今年的晚會節目非常精彩並特別安排抽獎項目，抽獎箱將於七點二十分回收，請大家務必準時步入會場並把抽獎條丟入抽獎箱。參加晚會的每位都有得獎機會，頭獎是兩張到香港或澳門的飛機票，等你來中獎。晚會節目是由我們D67 兩大名主持人王玉華及邱羽立主持，歡迎大家踴躍報名。

We are going to have raffle drawing in our evening program, we are going to Collect the raffle tickets at 7:20 PM, the first prize is two airline tickets to Hong Kong or Macao. The evening program will be host by the most famous Master of ceremony: Claire Wang and William Chu. 　

 

3.     今年大會我們特別邀請了世界級的講師，Dilip Abayasekara, 他曾在2005年8月獲選為任期一年的國際演講會世界總會長，他也曾在1992年參加世界冠軍總決賽得第二名。詳細介紹請參閱2012秋季大會官方網站(http://tmtw.iselluwin.com)。
