Great news! Last time we started our meeting at 7:01! I'd like to thank those helpers and TME who showed up on time: Eric Huang as the timer, Jade Lee as the Ah counter, Sam Wu as the vote counter, and Bill Yang as TME. Punctuality is one of the indications of high quality meetings! Let's keep up the good work! :)

GE Tina Huang's suggestions on June 12:
1. The TME had better come up with a meeting theme that is more relevant to our daily life. (For your information: We used to have the VPE decide all the meeting themes. But since earlier this year, we have given this responsibility to TME, in hope to add diversity to our meetings.)2. The vote counter should announce that only Toastmasters members are eligible to vote.
3. When the rules for the game are complicated, the variety session master should explain more clearly and to the point.
4. It's better to have at least 3 speakers at each meeting.
Tiffany's feedback: Our responsible VPE Fanny in fact invited four members to deliver speeches on June 14. However, two of them informed Fanny that they couldn't make it. (One did so four days before the meeting, and the other only one day before the meeting). With such short notice, Fanny still managed to invite a guest speaker, so that we could still have three speakers. We should really applaud Fanny's effort!!! The lesson learned: If you are a prepared speaker but can't make it, please let our VPE know as early as possible. Please~~~
