[Spark TMC] Draft Agenda on 1/24

Dear Sparks and friends,

Next Spark meeting is on 1/24. The meeting theme is "Dare to be different, dare to be you (敢於不同，忠於自我)."

When we were kids, we didn't really care what others think. We were who we were. Getting older, we changed. We try to fit others' expectation. This year, Spark would like to challenge you "dare to be different, dare to be you." To think about who you are, what your self-esteem is, and how your personal growth is. It will be so good to be yourselves!
