Spark Toastmasters Club: [Spark TMC] A " Espionage" meeting! Draft agenda for Jun 8th

Hi, Sparks and my dear friends,

After a long weekend, did you have a relax time and use your holidays well?

Have you missed our regular meeting and all friends in Spark so much and couldn't wait for seeing us?

Don't worry; our meeting is coming for you soon!

The coming meeting is on Jun 8^th, meeting theme: Espionage.

From the dictionary, Espionage is

noun

1. the act or practice of spying.

2. the use of spies by a government to discover the military and political secrets of other nations.

3. the use of spies by a corporation or the like to acquire the plans, technical knowledge, etc., of a competitor: industrial espionage.

For me, there are some TV dramas could present this word in my mind, such as The Blacklist, Alias, Covert Affairs, The Night Manager and so on. These kinds of dramas always make me confuse who is the characters working for or whom their enemy are, also, I always tricked by the directors. Yet, I love the suspense atmosphere and the wisdom of the characters.

So, what kinds of the ideas that our members and supporters about Espionage? Please come to visit us, and then you will find out!

Besides the mysterious meeting theme, we will bring you our fantastic speakers, Annie, Allen, and Jefferson. Annie is an English teacher who is a big fan of, oh, I shouldn't tell you that! You will discover her secret from her speech. Allen is experienced soldier who always shares his unique experience. Jefferson, wow! He will read poetry for us. How wonderful!

Of course, I won't forget our strong supporters as our IE, GE, and LE. They are experienced and always give us useful suggestions so we can improve ourselves in the future.
