[Spark TMC] Draft Agenda on 10/25

Dear Sparks and friends,

Next Spark meeting is on 10/25. We are going to add some Halloween elements at this regular meeting, which means we have dress code, cosplay.

Of course, the meeting theme is related. It is "Imagination."

Albert Einstein said, "Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world." Without those crazy imaginations, we don't have airplanes, air conditioners, refrigerators and so on. This time, we are going to use and share our imagination, not only cosplay but also some ideas.
